Pacific Pharmacy Alumni Association

The Pacific Pharmacy Alumni Association (PPAA) represents more than 8,900 alumni. The mission of the PPAA is to promote and encourage continuing communication between the School and the pharmacy alumni through financial support and planning for alumni events while supporting student and faculty activities.

Bianca Bradshaw

Bianca Bradshaw


Bianca Bradshaw ’04, PharmD has known she wanted to be a pharmacist from the age of 5. She started at University of the Pacific as a pre-pharmacy student and ultimately earned her doctor of pharmacy in 2004. In 2014, Dr. Bradshaw purchased Elmore Pharmacy in Red Bluff, possibly the oldest continuously operated pharmacy in California.

Dr. Bradshaw is a member of the American Pharmacists Association, the National Community Pharmacists Association and the California Pharmacists Association.

She participates in numerous community projects and supports several local organizations including Future Farmers of America, Red Bluff Round Up, Red Bluff Jr. Round Up and youth sport teams. She loves spending time outdoors gardening or rock hounding. An animal lover, on her ranch she has goats, sheep, chickens, guinea hens, peacocks and dogs. She also enjoys drawing and painting.


Nam Nguyen

Nam Nguyen ’08, PharmD earned his doctor in pharmacy from University of the Pacific in 2008. Dr. Nguyen has been in charge of the pharmacy operations for multiple CVS locations in the Central Valley. He is a member of CPhA, APhA, NCPA, Phi Delta Chi and the American Lung Association.


Jeanne Brady

Jeanne Brady


Jeanne Brady ’93, PharmD earned a bachelor of arts from Rutgers College in 1987 and a doctor of pharmacy from University of the Pacific in 1993. She was introduced to pharmacy while working in the pharmaceutical industry in New Jersey, where she is originally from.

Dr. Brady has a wealth of experience in acute care and clinical pharmacy. She passes on her knowledge to future health care professionals by teaching a pharmacy technician certification course and precepting students in acute care rotations. She believes future generations need mature, wise pharmacists to show how a pharmacist should conduct themselves amongst physicians, nurses, administrators, colleagues and the public. She encourages alumni to be mentors, giving budding pharmacists the opportunity to work alongside and learn from experienced pharmacists.

Dr. Brady is a member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.

Her hobbies include cooking, dancing and playing the piano.


Osagie Omoruyi

Osagie Omoruyi


Osagie Omoruyi ’19, PharmD started at University of the Pacific as a pre-pharmacy student and ultimately earned his doctor of pharmacy in 2019. He completed a PGY1 managed care residency at Kaiser Permanente in the Central Valley Area and is currently completing a PGY2 health-system pharmacy administration and leadership residency at Kaiser Permanente in Downey.

His love for math and science, combined with an interest in health care led him to pursue a career in pharmacy. What he loves about Pacific is the opportunities to connect with alumni from various fields. Support and guidance from alumni have helped him navigate challenges as he pursues his personal and professional goals.

He is a member of the Kappa Psi pharmaceutical fraternity and the Phi Lambda Sigma pharmacy honor society. As a student, he served as president of Pacific’s American Pharmacists Association-Academy of Student Pharmacists (APhA-ASP). His advice for those interested in pursuing a leadership role is to overcome self-doubt by focusing on serving others. In 2019, he served as the coordinator for the APhA-ASP Region 8 Midyear Regional Meeting. Region 8 is comprised of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico.

Dr. Omoruyi is proud of his Nigerian heritage. His hobbies center around music and food. Originally from Long Beach, he is a loyal Los Angeles Lakers fan.


Veronica T. Bandy

Veronica T. Bandy ’00, ’08, PharmD, MS, FCPHA, FCSHP earned a bachelor of science in 1995 from University of California, Riverside. She earned a doctor of pharmacy in 2000 and a master of science in pharmaceutical and chemical sciences in 2008 from University of the Pacific. Dr. Bandy is a member of the California Pharmacist Association (CPhA) and the California Society of Health-System Pharmacist Association (CSHP). She holds several certifications, including Immunization, Travel Medicines; Advance Practice Pharmacist and Diabetes and Medication Therapy Management. As a Pacific pharmacy practice faculty member, Dr. Bandy serves as a faculty advisor to Pacific’s Operation Immunization and Operation Diabetes committees. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, baking and crafting.

Stacey Raff ’96, PharmD, BCPS earned a doctor in pharmacy from University of the Pacific in 1996. She completed a pharmacy practice residency at University Medical Center of Southern Nevada. Dr. Raff is a member of CSHP and has served on the board of directors and as president from October 2014 through October 2015. She is also a member of ASHP.

Annie Ho ’12, PharmD, BCOP earned a doctor in pharmacy from University of the Pacific in 2012. Dr. Ho is a member of CPhA, the Phi Delta Chi Alumni Foundation, the CPhA Leader Development Institute and the Sutter Roseville Cancer Center Partnership Council. Dr. Ho, along with Michael Conner ’12, PharmD and Pat Person, RPh, founded the CPhA Rx Bootcamp, a leadership conference for pharmacy students. She enjoys rock climbing, doing yoga and traveling.

Irene (Andrada) Solorio ’15, PharmD, BCGP dreamed of becoming a pharmacist when she was 8 years old, inspired by her grandfather who owned pharmacies in the Philippines. She started at University of the Pacific as a pre-pharmacy student and ultimately earned her doctor of pharmacy in 2015.

She believes it is important for alumni to give back to their alma mater because education is one of the most valuable gifts a person can receive. She encourages her fellow alumni to give of their time and talent so students can get a comprehensive education, which in turn positively impacts the field of pharmacy.

Dr. Solorio is a member of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists.

In her free time she enjoys dancing and biking. She likes engaging in friendly competition over a board game or video game. She also loves baking and immersing herself in the world of Disney.

Catherine Grady Sterk ’77, ’78, PharmD, FCSHP earned a bachelor of science in pharmaceutical sciences in 1977 and a doctor of pharmacy in 1978 from University of the Pacific. Dr. Sterk completed a residency at University of California, San Francisco in 1979. Dr. Sterk is a CPhA Fellow. She is also a member of the ACCP and the American Society of Clinical Oncology.

In her free time, she can be found fundraising for the high school band program or coaching elementary school volleyball and high school tennis. She enjoys skiing and watching sports, especially the San Francisco Giants. She has been a musical comedy entertainer for a casino in Tahoe, swam around an island off the coast of Australia and once skied off a cliff.


Peter Koo

Peter Koo ’92, PharmD earned a doctor of pharmacy from University of the Pacific in 1992. From 1995 through 2009 he held a number of positions at Longs Drugs, including serving as a core member of the business division team as director of pharmacy systems. His extensive experience in corporate operations, marketing and procurement includes serving as vice president of pharmacy at Seattle-based Bartell Drugs, the oldest family owned drugstore chain in the nation. In 2018, he stepped into the role of vice president of retail solutions at McKesson, a global health care company.

Dr. Koo is a member of the National Association of Chain Drug Stores.

During his time at Pacific he forged life-long friendships. He is a self-proclaimed foodie and Porsche enthusiast.


Jamie Tobitt

Jamie Tobitt ’90, PharmD, MSL-BC earned a doctor of pharmacy from University of the Pacific in 1990. Dr. Tobitt completed a PGY1 residency at University of California, San Diego (UCSD) Medical Center and a PGY2 ambulatory care infectious disease (HIV) residency at UCSD Medical Center. He is a member of the Kappa Psi pharmaceutical fraternity and AMCP. He is also a member of The 501st Legion, a Star Wars costuming club, which often attends charity events and visits children’s hospitals. He owns three high-quality Star Wars costumes: a stormtrooper, a TIE pilot and Darth Vader.

Johanna Liu ’09, PharmD, MBA, FCPhA earned a doctor of pharmacy from University of the Pacific in 2009 and a master of business administration from University of California, Berkeley in 2015. Dr. Liu completed a PGY1 managed care pharmacy residency at Envolve Pharmacy Solutions, formerly Health Net Pharmaceutical Services. She is a member of CPhA and the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP). She enjoys traveling and likes tasting the local cuisine of the places she visits.

James H. Wall ’16, PharmD earned his doctor of pharmacy degree from University of the Pacific in 2016. Following graduation, James received a post-doctoral fellowship appointment from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey and Genentech, a member of the Roche Group. After completing his fellowship, Dr. Wall transitioned to a full-time role at Genentech.

Dr. Wall is a member of the Industry Pharmacists Organization and the California Society of Health-System Pharmacists.

He volunteers with Flying Samaritans, an all-volunteer organization which hosts free medical clinics in Baja California, Mexico. His hobbies include surfing, playing water polo and embarking on high-altitude adventures.


Adam Morisoli

Adam Morisoli ’10, PharmD earned his bachelor of science in biology from University of Southern California in 2007 and his doctor in pharmacy from University of the Pacific in 2010. Dr. Morisoli is a member of CPhA, APhA and the National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA). He is an avid college football fan. A true Californian, he enjoys both snowboarding and spending time at the beach.

Edlen Wong ’07, PharmD, FCPhA earned a doctor of pharmacy from University of the Pacific in 2007. He was the recipient of the 2017 CPhA Distinguished New Practitioner of the Year award. He has held numerous leadership positions within CPhA, including president in 2016-2017. In 2014, he was named a Fellow of CPhA. He has served the San Joaquin Pharmacists Association on the board of directors and as president in 2010 and 2014. He is also a member of CSHP.

April Nguyen ’16, PharmD, RAC earned her doctor of pharmacy from Pacific in 2016 and a graduate certificate of Public Health from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS). Dr. Nguyen also completed a regulatory fellowship with MCPHS/Biogen. She is the founder of Pharmacy Legislative Week (PLW) and just finished a term on the Sacramento Valley Pharmacists Association (SVPhA) Board of Directors. In 2022 she was awarded the American Pharmacists Association Distinguished New Practitioner Award. Outside of pharmacy, she enjoys volunteering with community-based organizations to assist philanthropy and human rights efforts, as well as employee resource networks through her company that promote environmental sustainability initiatives and the empowerment of women and girls in STEM. In her free time, she fosters dogs through a non-profit in the Sacramento area as they wait to find their “furrever homes.”
